Department Handles Auto Fire

On Thursday April 27th at approximately 4:30 PM, the BCFD was dispatched to the 400 block of Wood St for an automobile on fire. Captain 9050 (Tomazewski) arrived to find an SUV with fire from the engine compartment. Tower 9035 arrived and went into service with a 1-3/4 hose line. Engine 9061 arrived and assisted. The fire was quickly brought under control with no injuries.
